The food was just okay. I got the black bean burger and my husband got the fire in the hole burger. Both the burgers and the appetizer were not very fresh when we got them. The jalapeo poppers we ordered came out very fast and the cheese inside was not even melted. Friendly staff and homey environment.
Had the Buffalo chicken Rolls and the maple burger. Both were fantastic! I would definitely come back here. There’s outdoor seating and a large beer list as well which was awesome.
Great burger selection – I created my own without any issues. Pretty tasty – meat great quality – great service – full bar and many Many TVs – they even changed one for the Pittsburgh Penguins game! I’ll go back!
Fantastic!!!! This place was packed when we arrived, but not so much that we had to wait for a table. The menu was fun, had several burger or sandwich options. Burgers are unique and flavorful. Fries were great! Had several appetizers that I wanted to try but didn’t (I wasn’t too hungry), they sounded so good! Beer menu has several options. Service was goods. Would highly recommend and visit again!!!!
This place is always crowded at lunch. I was able to get a bar seat which I think helped get a little more attentive service. I got the bourbon burger and fries. Man, it was a thick burger cooked a nice medium. The meat itself didn’t have much flavor but the toppings gave plenty of flavors to the burger overall. The bourbon sauce was good but could have used a little more. My advice, get there early (before 11:30) or wait till 12:30 and you should be able to get a seat.
Sammy’s in Blue Ash is a really solid burger! I like that the menu has a nice variety of burgers from the simple classic cheeseburger to the maple bacon to the chili (and many more)! My favorite is the guacamole burger with chipotle mayo, guac, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and cheddar jack cheese. So good! I also really appreciate the honey kaiser roll that the burgers are served on. It’s a nice touch. All burgers are served with fries. I also love their onion rings! Last time we were there we started with the Buffalo Chicken Rolls- great heat and flavor on those! Overall, decent prices and solid, all beef burger! If you don’t like beef, they also have chicken burgers, lamb burgers, and salmon burgers…something for everyone! I would put this in your GPS, it’s probably not a place you would just stumble upon! Definitely worth a visit if you like burgers! gotheretrythat.com
Just to echo what many have already reported: beer menu is outstanding, burger was well-done rather than the medium I requested. It was still really good (chipotle burger) but I couldn’t help but wonder much better it could have been if not overcooked. Aimee took great care of us though.
