I ordered the Shrimp Stir Fry and it was loaded with fresh vegetables which were sauted perfectly. My husband loves the Mile High Meatloaf… it is melt in your mouth good! Service was a little slow… but would recommend this place to everyone.
Atmosphere was nice. Menu was unique and had many options. I had the southwest blackened chicken salad for lunch and it was wonderful!! I would definitely eat here again and recommend this place!
Service was very slow. It was explained to us that the kitchen is understaffed for Saturday’s. Food was OK. Disappointing since it is close to home with a great outdoor patio. Doubt we will go back anytime soon.
Firehouse is a good atmosphere. I think it’s a bit pricy and the food is t super original but if you’re looking for something you know you’ll enjoy, Firehouse is a good place.
Go there all the time for company get togethers. The food is pretty good but it’s nothing overwhelming. Typical bar and grill fare; seems to be consistent so that is a plus. Fish sandwich is pretty good; burgers are good. The negatives: Service can be very slow. Once you have been served, good luck trying to flag anyone for something forgotten, or to get your check. Not a place to go if you are in a hurry. Biggest complaint though is the noise level. This is one of those restaurants that is essentially a giant reverberant box, akin to a gymnasium or a factory. Once it starts getting busy, conversation is next to impossible.
Noisy, average food. Don’t go here for a pleasant evening of conversation with friends. They had the TVs amped up so much the crowd has to scream to be heard. Food was just average. Service was pleasant, but wait staff disappeared after taking our order. We were charged mandatory 18% tip, even though the menu says this is only required for groups of 8 or more.
Great local beers — like the bar — food nothing soecial
