  I cant say how much I like a good old sandwich shop. J and W is just that. A no frills lunch spot thats serves up many fresh made to order sandwiches.This place was hopping. Phone ringing off the hook for take out orders. While the other employees where packing boxes for lunch catering to be delivered.With no place to sit, ordered mine to go. In no time the little Italian I was craving was freshly made and ready to scarf down. Absolutely delicious! Comes with chips and a drink $7.50.I also tried the pasta salad. Thinking it was just a small side, i was surprised it was a large anti-pasta style salad. Equally delicious!Ill will absolutely return to J & W to try their many other menu items.

  J & W has the best double decker sandwiches around and you cannot beat the price. For about $5 you can get an amazing club sandwich with what seems like a pound of bacon and other meats along with chips and a drink. The place is very small (two tables) and not in a good spot for a restaurant. I feel like if they were in another location it would be great but then it probably wouldn’tcost $5 then. Still, if you are in Norwood and want a sandwich this is the place.

  Best value around. If you are looking for box lunches to go or a great sandwich or sub, this place rocks. You are not going to find a better deal for your $. The subs are fresh with 3X the meat of any of the other sub joints and are cheaper to boot. Definitely a good choice when looking for carryout.
