  Horrible service. Arrived about two minutes after my friends put their order in and got a glass of water. Waited 15 minutes and no one even came to ask me for my drink. So I went and bought Falcons Nest food and brought it in just to be able to eat with my friends. The server when bringing my friends food said that I couldn’t do that and I replied I waited 15 minutes and No one came to take more order or ask if I wanted a drink and she had the nerve to argue it was not that long even though two of us timed from the time I came in to when I walked out. Then a manager came out to also tell me for future purposes no outside food in the restaurant after explaining why it happened he showed no interest in my complaint saying they were busy. They had two servers, a bar tender, and the manager serving if they were lucky 8 tables as the place was dead when I walked in. I told him this was my first visit and last visit to their place so bringing food in won’t be a problem. My two others present with me were only offered a refill on their water when the server brought them their bill. Unorganized, unprofessional, I hope none of those people are business or hospitality majors.
