Long wait and rude worker. I ordered delivery to my dorm which is about half a mile from the restaurant and they said it’d be 45 minutes. After an hour and a half I called up to the restaurant to see where my food was and the man said he called my phone 4 times and that I didn’t answer, but I never got any calls to my phone. Plus, I sat in my lobby for an hour, so if he would’ve just walked in he would’ve seen me. I didn’t even want the food at that point anymore but the man said he’d already charged my card and that he wouldn’t give me a refund anyway since it was my fault I got none of his calls. My food wasn’t hot when it got here either. Overall I just had some of the worst service of my life, having to deal with a rude worker and waiting over an hour for a really small order. It’s a smarter idea to just go pick up the order yourself or eat in the restaurant.
