I’m always surprised to see this place empty. I enjoyed the food. I got the Fire Chicken while my gf got the philly. We like to each get a different sandwich and give half to each other. So I had a 6inch Chicken fire and 6inch philly. enjoy doin this that way we get to try more on the menu. Waffle fries are a great side. Go there.

Closest thing to a Philly Wit I’ve had over here!. I grew up eating GOOD Philly Cheesesteaks and I give Mr. Spots a major thumbs-up for coming pretty close to the right flavor combination. I am a bit of a traditionalist in that I typically just get the steak/cheese on the roll, so I cannot speak for the various firesauces, etc. that are available. While I still will probably always prefer cheeze whiz on my philly’s the American cheese used here does melt effectively to create a bit of a sauce effect. If they would put cheeze whiz on it… they’d compete with any place in Philly!
Philly cheese steak is a 10. Best cheese steak I’ve ever had. Meat is tender and well balanced with sweet onions and salty cheese. Hoagie keeps everything together and soaks up juice. Waffle fries are the fries of choice here and why shouldn’t they be. Always an amazing meal here!
Great local lunch spot. Had the turkey sandwich and waffle fries. Sandwich was very tasty, heaped with fresh meat. Great local vibe, lots of regulars that the staff knew by name.
Firesteak. Steak Hoagie with firesauce… awesome.
Real Deal!!!. Mr Spots steaks & hoagies are the closest thing to bein’ in Philadelphia than any place west of the Schuykill River. Amoroso Rolls, makes these guys contenders in cheese steak circles and the Buffalo Wings have been a favorite for damn near 20 years. If you gotta hankerin’ for some real Philly steaks Spots is the place. A++++++
