Tasty & fresh! This place was recommended to me by a local. I had the portobello panini with a cup of the lentil soup. All the vegetables tasted fresh: portobello, zucchini, red pepper, purple onion. Very pleased with the food and service.
Not hailing from Bulgaria, or being of eastern-European descent, I can’t speak to the authenticity of the food, but as a guy who like a good meal I highly recommend Naslada Bistro. From the lunch specials to the entrees, from the great atmosphere to the friendly wait staff, I always have a good time here. The stuffed peppers, grape leaves and chicken pomodoro are my favorite regular menu items, though if I happen to go on a night when cabbage rolls are the special I order those without a second thought. Naslada Bistro was one of the first restaurants I tried when I moved to Bowling Green, and I’ve been a happy customer ever since.
Delicious food in a lamp lit dining room with Eastern European accents. The beef clay pot is especially impressive, coming in a flaming dish. Free range meat and vegetarian options. Good service.
The food here is incredible! The staff his friendly and informative. I personally recommend the panini’s. there’s something for everyone including a well priced kids menu.
AWESOME RESTAURANT. My son-in-law is from Bulgaria, and we visited Naslada, and were very impressed! Georgi says it is truly authentic Bulgarian food, and he and the owner/chef had a very long talk in Bulgarian, one thing that Georgi misses is his home. The food was wonderful, the salad, the Mousaka, although you can get it many places, he said is truly done well, eastern Europe style, firm and delicious, the Shopska Salad is authentic, and wondeful with the Bulgarian feta, which in our opinon is the best choice of all fetas. We don’t think you can go wrong with any dish!! There are items to purchase to take home, and the decor is Bulgarian authentic, beautiful wood floors, and so very clean! Try this awesome restaurant, we are going this weekend, as Georgi lives in Columbus, OH and he wants to take food from here home also to friends there.
