This place is very underrated, It’s some of the best sushi I’ve had in a while. For sure on par with nagoya in terms of their sushi and dishes. I’ve been exploring all of their rolls, and their ramen and there is nothing I have disliked yet. Though I am a little disappointed they no longer have takayoki. The owner explained this was because it was rarely ordered….For those with bad reviews I highly suggest giving uraku another shot.
To the common person that’s never had asian cuisine this place is overpriced. The Spicy ramen noodles I’m quite certain are Shin Ramen brand. I was disappointing cuz it cost like 9 bucks for spicy chicken ramen. Futhermore, the chicken wasnt anything special just tasted like boiled chicken breast with no other preparation. Ordered a stir fry noodle dish and got mostly noodles and not much broccoli or chicken, so its overpriced again. I also ordered a spicy octopus salad. It was six tiny octupus that tasted like it from a package on top of chopped lettuce from a bag, the dressing was a store bought thia spicy chili sauce. The portion was the size of my palm for six bucks. It’s sad that the only non-American Asian Restaurant does this.
