Well the first thing to advise the reader is that you may discover it is difficult to find. The address does indeed take you to an industrial park; the tap house is in fact there at the very back on the left hand side. Once you find it though it is worth the hunt. This is a brew pub and by that I mean the pub is basically right in the middle of the shop floor – the brewery tour starts at the pub. It is most excellent and different from others of its ilk that I’ve visited. Round bar tables and picnic tables round out the decor. Service was quick and friendly. The food is very good, but don’t kid yourself; you’re there for the beer, which is excellent. The value is also outstanding – 2 pints and a pulled pork sandwich set me back all of $20 including tip. You may find better food elsewhere, but the beer is as good or better than anywhere else I’ve been, and the value proposition makes this a choice that will not disappoint – I will be back next time I’m in the area.

Wrong Address. In from out of town we wanted to try Fat Heads and the listed Address for Sheldon ave took us to a bunch of warehouses (I’m guessing Corp office?). Anyhow, with the icy conditions this evening we abandoned the idea of seeking out the other listed location. Be advised out of towners.
A lot to take in the first time. Met my nephew there for a week day supper and was really surprised how hard it was to find a parking spot. But was seated in a timely fashion and our waitress was sincerely suggestive, especially after being handed an overwhelming menu. We ordered 2 different beers that we shared to experiment. I’m not a beer drinker per say, but liked what I picked and it is quality. I ordered an order of wings as an appetizer as we had decided to share a pulled pork sandwich. The smoked wings were so large and juicy they were a meal in itself. There was only 8,but because of thier size we couldn’t finish them .(I took 2 home) The sandwich was large enough to feed to guys who love to eat. There’s a lot on the menu and a lot of combinations with even more possibility’s.I feel like we only scratched the surface. I’m hoping ,with all the quantity of portion and of choice that the quality stays as it is currently. A good operation to occupy what was one a landmark.
