  Nothing went right today. Terrible all around. Believe the score I didnt.. Got there at 1206 to watch part of USA vs Germany game on lunch. no service. everyone around us that had arrived after us were taken care of. didn’t place drink order until 1220. another server had to pick us up because ours was mia. got to be 110 before I just gave up and decided to walk out to ask for a refund. manager was too busy in the back to come out and process my refund so I had to leave to stop by later. I had to be back at work by 1pm and was already late. One of the people I was with grabbed my food when it finally came out (as we were leaving) and even then my salad (only thing I ordered) didn’t have any dressing. everything went wrong today and the management should do better knowing that they will be busy during events such as THE US PLAY ING THE WORLD CUP DURING LUNCH TIME!. what a moron. don’t eat here its terrible and deserves this low score

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Frickers. Terrible service. 45 minutes to get food. Stay away unless you have no expectations.

  Today was my families third time visiting this frickers and this was our last time, all 3 times horrible service, servers have no brains, kept getting drinks wrong, we waited over 25 minutes for fried pickles which were burnt, we waited over an hour and still had no food, the server wouldn’t ask if we were ok or that the food was almost done or anything, we had to keep reminding the hostess we needed a high chair for our baby, when we first arrived she tried to seat us at a high top, with a baby! We were sat at a dirty table, we got fed up left and found wonderful service down the road somewhere else. Frickers lost our business for good!

  Loved my waitress. Second time to this Fricker’s but my first time with Sayra? I think that’s how she spelled it. Where did you find this girl? She was fun and happy, smiled a lot. The place was packed and she made us feel like we were taken care of, can’t wait to see her again! Sweet chilli is now my new favorite thanks to her suggestion. Will be back for sure!

  First i’d like to say the food wasn’t bad at all. In fact the wings and chili cheese fries were really good. The service however lacked accuracy and intelligence. It may just have been the poor girls first night however, excuses are not an acceptable form of data used in fine tuning a business’ customer satisfaction. Our waitress began her tip depreciation by incorrectly bringing us a bucket of a less than adequate beer know as Bud Light. The waitress just smiled and apologized saying the caps to the beer had already been removed and could not be returned or exchanged for the proper order. With my honor challenged and pride stepped on, I forced myself to drink the liquid nonsense. Furious and now sober, I asked our waitress to show me what she had written down. Sure enough, she wrote Miller Light on our tab. Later that night I asked for a glass to help ease the consumption process of the less than acceptable beer & the waitress just smiled and brought me a plastic cup. You can’t drink beer out of a plastic cup. What’s wrong with people now of days? Long story short I will rudely move tables if ever approached by this poor excuse of a waitress who lacks common sense and intelligence.

  Great 1st experience!! I brought my family on Sunday for dinner. Everyone enjoyed their meal, we will definitely come back again.
