Worst tasting cheesecakes. I have never been in an establishment where the owner was more rude and prejudice. Literally bad mouthed her employees to me, a customer. The cheesecakes were horrible! The icing was one of the only bright spots, it’s tasty.
Best Cheesecake. J’Annette’s will be doing my wedding cake (cheesecake) in the fall. The owner is very frank, no frills and not a warm and fuzzy person. I hugged her anyway ! Sometimes showing kindness when it’s not warranted is all it takes. I’m sure she works very hard and puts in alot of hours. She would catch more flies with honey than vinegar for sure. I’ve managed to get her to smile ! Her products are the best.
Great Cheesecake but Horrible Customer Service. The lady (i am guessing the owner) is the rudest lady I have ever met in my life. I have been in this location twice and she has been rude both times. I should have learned from my first visit when I overheard an upset customer whos order was wrong. I ordered two small cheesecakes Amaretto and White Chocolate. I received Amaretto cheesecake and regular white cake. I love the cakes, but I will never order from this place again unless they fall under new management.
THE Best!. My wife and I used J Annette’s for our wedding cake in 2008, and they did an excellent job. Not to mention it was to die for! They have multiple offerings and different kinds as well as lots of differnet size cheesecakes to take home. All of the flavors we have had are super! Definitely have to check them out and take home some for yourself! We’ve not been disappointed with any of their cakes. Makes my mouth water thinking about them.
Rude customer?. Perhaps you are just a rude customer and think that all businesses should be able to drop on a dime to do things for you. I know from personal experience that the owner tries her best do what she can do for her customers. Are you a small business owner, do know what is like to run a business by yourself and then people expect you to do whatever possible. I can almost guarantee that you would not be able to get a cake anywhere else for the quality and price in such a short amount of time. For others reading this, J. Annette’s has excellent customer service and great cake and cupcakes. You can’t find that icing anywhere else. I would reccoment this bakery to anyone.
Exceptional Cheesecake!. This is the BEST & I don’t really like cheesecake! Have purchased cheesecake from J. Annette’s for dinner parties and it’s always a hit. NeedED cheesecake for 30 & they suggested individual cheesecakes at $1.30 per piece. Excellent idea since cheesecake isn’t the easiest to serve. One suggestion: the toppings on those were rather skimpy & wouldn’t mind paying more for more topping.BE SURE TO ORDER AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE!
