Not a good experience. Tried to order on line to use a coupon. Not good. Went to the actual location. When I waited and picked up the order it was wrong. Waited another 15 minutes for wings and they were sauce less and not worth waiting for. Never again.
Bad customer service by a young man. I was really disappointed with the one of the cashiers at this restaurant. He was very disrespectful to me. I am a regular customer. Often, I would order from this restaurant and find myself dismayed by how bad my customer service experience was.
Only negative is they are so busy at times it takes a while to pick up your order. The pizza is fantastic! One of my 3 favorite pizzas in Cincinnati. They have 6-8 tables to eat at Restraunt as well.
