Not so good.. Don’t like Vietnam food. Salty after taste, felt like I didn’t eat anything, and the gas bombs after ( fart) is a no more for me.
Excellent Pho and Banh mi. The restaurant was clean and service was pleasant. Pho was super hot, tasty, and all the fixings such as bean sprouts, Thai basil, mint, etc were very fresh and crisp. The pork Banh mi was delicious. The meat and veggies were great but for the first time ever, the French bread it was contained in was the best French bread I’ve ever had. It had a thin crust on the outside but was very soft and fluffy on the inside. I couldn’t stop eating either and left more full than I was at dinner on thanksgiving day, the day before. Either the Pho or Banh mi on its own would have been plenty for a meal, but both were so delicious I couldn’t resist finishing them both!
Dishonest. I had a cincysavers certificate for Pho 96. I tried to use it on a Saturday, and was told that I could not. There was nothing in the fine print that said anything resembling that. So I called the owner out and made him honor the certificate. He stated that there was a misprint in the fine print, and that it was only good for Tuesday-Thursday. I told him that I had used my other certificate on a Friday. After some back and forth, he finally honored my certificate. Not cool to try and change the rules of the game after the game was over. Will never visit this establishment again.
Closest to Authentic. I used to tell everyone to go to iPho if they wanted to get close to having authentic Pho but I think I am going to start recommending this place. This is the only place to have all of the correct sides for pho (bean sprouts, cilantro, culantro, basil, and peppers). They were also one of the only places to have the correct beef cuts in the soup. All around this is probably the closest to Vietnam I have eaten in this area.
Awesome Dinner. Had a wonderful bowl of Pho tonight at sun set. I sat at a table facing the front door and the sun was at just the wrong place, I was being blinded. after a few min (with out a word spoken) the owner went into the entryway and strategically placed a sign blocking the sun. When he came back in he asked if that was better with a big smile. I told him he was awesome. I was very impressed by his attention to guest comfort without being asked. All the staff I encountered were very kind and helpful. The decor is very inviting and clean. I will be returning again and a again!
Really solid Vietnamese pho joint. They specialize in pho but also have sandwiches and vermicelli dishes. The food is made to order and the broth is quite tasty. I will be back when I’m in the area again for sure.
We stopped by for the first time and their Pho was excellent.
