Foursome. Had dinner tonight at Liberty Twp location. Don’t think I have ever had such horrible service. Drinks came, took order seemed ok. Then the food came. Taco salad with no salsa, Fish Sandwich with fries not chips – got chips. Asked a few times for water for the 4 of us – never came. Never asked if we wanted a second round of drinks. Absolutely pathetic. Although she did ask if I wanted a take home cup with water. Never again to Putters Sports Grill in Liberty Twp. Even the manager came around and asked if everything was ok but kept on walking. Never got the water, the salsa, the fries –
Amazing
Disappointed fan. Great atmosphere and entertainment- we had a good server. food was good and what you’d expect. highly disappointed in management. if you are going with a group making reservations seems to mean nothing and then being lied to by management was a huge down turn. clearly saw that they look for what would best profit the company and no focus was on consumer satisfaction.
Still Great Food. We’ve been eating at all three locations for years. The food is still top notch. I have to say, the service was a little off tonight…I don’t know if it was the server or in the kitchen, but my ice tea came out as an ice water, and my wife’s onion rings came out as onion straws. (And they forgot the mayo on her sandwich…) That said, these are my favorite wings. Hands down. best sauce, (ask for Hot) large, no broken bones (like at BW3)Get some.
Surprising. All my friends talk about putters, saying it’s so amazing. I had never been so I just assumed it was another bar food serving place… WRONG! I decided to try it out and as soon as I opened the door all I could smell was hot hot wings (so I ran to a seat). I’ve never been so impressed with the sauces, the boneless and the regular wings! I catered for my guys the next day at work… needless to say they were surprised!
Good Place for a casual meal. Offers more than just bar food. My wife and I enjoy going to Putters, having a beer or two and a meal. I enjoy the fish and chips. Buffalo chicken wrap is also good.
It was some of the best food that I have ever had at a sports grill, I don’t think too many people could top it and still make it affordable.
