Exceptional!. The West Chester store is my go-to place for my entertaining needs because of their excellent customer service and products. Their emplyees are very knowledgeable and friendly. My most recent purchase was a custom sheet cake for a baby shower. I brought in pictures and they took my ideas and conveyed them to the decorators perfectly. The cake turned out even better than I had envisoned! Their spinach and cheese dips with the sliced pretzel sticks are a party favorite!
Decent pastry shop. Servatti is pretty much the standard pastry shop. I’ve been to a few different ones now. I recall reading in a review of another location that the women working there sort of ignored you and made it seem like you’re bothering them. This is pretty accurate at each location I’ve been to. Not a huge deal, but there’s other places doing the exact same food, so it would be in their best interest to train/supervise their employees a little better.They have a large selection of pastries, desserts, and breakfast items. I’ve had a few things – nothing really stood out as being better than you would find at the next pastry place, but decent nonetheless.
