Nice clean place. A bit dark illuminated, but it really depends of your preferences, e.g. I rather like it, meanwhile my wife is opposite. Food I good, and dishes are large. Even half a salad is too much if you add a protein. And salads are very creative, BTW. Definitely in my list to came back. Service could be a bit faster, though.

No Thanks. CHECK PLEASE!!!. The issue I have with Bricco is their customer service. Seems that the waitress we had a few weeks ago lacked big time. She didn’t know the specials of the evening and caught an attitude when my guy asked her. We got as far as appetizers because I was frustrated and ready to go. And they also closed at 11 and I felt rushed.
I have given them quite a few chances, but everytime they are disappointing. They consistently have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I reciently tried to remedy my fix for food by taking it togo, but that apparently just makes the customer service worse. They are absolutely rude beyond all measure. Never again will I return.
The bartender with the penguin tattoo on his forearm was a complete and total a**hole, was dismissive and rude to most of the customers, and the other servers weren’t far behind. So in spite of the fresh well balanced ingredients, we would never go back because of the absolute atrocious service and pathetic unappreciative attitude of the staff.
Great Experience!. We recently held a rehearsal dinner at Bricco downtown Akron. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service that we received.While planning, they made this the easiest and best experience I could have imagined.We had 40 guests and all were so very please with the evening.The food was fantastic from the appetizers to the lovely desserts that were provided. I normally love the food there so I knew that it was a good choice to have the dinner there, but really had no idea how smoothly it would go.Thanks to everyone at Bricco for making this so special! 🙂
It was just okay. I was expecting a great atmosphere with amazing food. While the atmosphere is great and the cocktails were good, the food was bland and not worth the price.
