Everything here is absolutely phenomenal !!! Do YOURSELF a favor and take the time to stop by this fantastic bakery and be blown away by the exceptional talent the owner has set forth. He is so knowledgeable and takes the times to explain the process it takes to produce his product. You can tell he takes pride in every item he makes and at the same time is so very personable.

This place bakes everything that leaves only happiness in your mouth. Pastries are so good and their sandwiches are very fresh and unique. They moved from Springboro to Cross Pointe Center. So glad they are closer to where I live.
Wow! This is the best bakery in the state. Tim and company really know what they are dong. They use real ingredients and old world techniques. Try the queen ammans, they are flaky and melt in your mouth.
Like visiting a European bakery without the traveling expenses…. Everything I have tried is superb. Highly recommend the European Coffee Cake.When I asked why everything tasted so extraordinarily good, Matt (Boosalis – who is on site routinely) explained that he uses the finest (sometimes imported) ingredients and old school techniques. Ah hah! Definitely not your average donut/bakery shop!Friendly atmosphere and wonderful service. Yum, yum yum!
OMG…the scones are awsome!!!!!. I have been coming here since they opened across the street from lexis nexus 6 years ago I beleive. I have NEVER had anything I didn’t like. Best bakery, period, in Dayton. Ginger scones have a loyal following. They aren’t like biscuits, they are made with cream and butter and are real scones. Brownies, macaroons, bear claws, blueberry muffins, cinnamon rolls, caramel popcorn, croissants. tarts, quiche, chocolate croissants, sandwiches on bread that they make, ginger spice cookies and other favorites. I was in the hospital and all I craved was scones! I haven’t had a pie yet but I am certain they are delicious. The bread that matt makes is so good! Mindy is great, she is always smiling. They have moved to crosse point shopping center, so don’t miss them! They are worth a special trip!
Wonderful. I stopped in for lunch one day and had the caprese. Not only was it delicious, it was paired with generous and genuine customer service. I advise all to support local business, especially if the quality of the people is as great as the quality of the food.
