Discrimination against local minister. I have eaten there for many years and would return for the constancy in the food. The last time i was there they threw a minister out because of his religion. What even worst that when i went to complain about the employees actions, he told me he was the boss and told us that we could follow him and his kids out and not come back. I wish i never spend a dime in that place. I hope the they get rid of that man and open their doors to the community again.
VERY disappointed :(. Took my daughter there yesterday, told her before we went in how good it was but had not been there in a few years….it was awful, had the nachos grande with shredded chicken..blahhhhhhhh, did not even eat half of it and left, just plain nasty, waiter was not very friendly as well. will not go back….ever
Over priced, over rated, poor service, more American than Mexican food! Taco Bell is a better
Bad meal. I love mexican food, but elsa’s does not offer Mexican food. My meal and my boyfriends meal were both awful. Very disappointed, and it’s not cheap $33 for both. We regret skipping chipotle for elsa’s. We could have ate a better dinner for less expense. I do not recommend eating at elsa’s.
Customer service. When calling to book Elsa’s private dining area, The customer service and willingness to accommodate your party is always difficult at best. There have been times I have booked the room and they have allowed other parties to be in the same room with our party but have never have they offered the other way around. even to say we think we accommodate you all together in another part of the restaurant has been offered. you would think that they would be happy for the business. must make more money than they know what to do with. I will not choose them again for one of our family events.
Elsa’s is absolutely fantastic! I’ve never had a bad meal from them! Their known for their bad Juan’s and they will deff perk you up!!!! I love their fajitas they are my favorite!!! Great service it’s FAST and a fun place to grab a drink!!!
Good Drinks. Good drinks, strong! Food wasn’t that great, we got just the sampler and honestly you could have went to Krogers and had frozen box food with more flavor then what we had. If youre just stopping in for a drink it’s a cool place wouldn’t bother to eat an entire meal here… Our waitress didn’t know how to handle people having fun… I think she was offended.
