What happened?. This was the second time dining at the Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati Bobby Flay. The salad w/the blue burger topping was awesome the first trip, but Saturday evening on the second trip it was not so hot, literally. Same salad but the burger was cold. Very disappointing. Server said he could replace out but this was after we were almost done eating. Is it the server’s or cooks fault I don’t know. The fries were cold on arrival also but they replaced them when asked. We would gladly wait for fresh hot food.
Not very good. We went for dinner on a Tuesday night. The casino was not too crowded so we were able to walk right up. Service was good and our server was very attentive. I don’t like the counter setup because it’s too narrow and you’re too close to the people across from you. My wife and I got the same burger. Hers was too rare; mine was too well done. The sweet potato fries were very good. For a bite to eat while at the casino it was fine, but we would not go out of our way to eat there again.
Chain Chain Chain. Come on man. If I eat the food here, or Vegas, or LA…its all the same burger. Nothing exciting. My mom took me, and she didn’t even care for it. And she LOVES chain food. No soul man, no soul
Burger wasn’t impressive but the service was great.
Milkshake is da bomb!. The milkshake was amazing. Great choices if you love your burgers.
Great Food. I have been to BBP 6 times now. The burgers are great, the fries are great, and so are the onion rings. I have yet to try a milkshake but I have heard good things. They have a pretty solid beer selection as well. I always sit at the bar when I go. After last night I have decided that unless Mindy (bartender, who is AWESOME) is there I will no longer dine at BBP. Again no complaints about the food. The service (aside from Mindy) has been nothing but rude and unwelcoming. I won’t name anyone on here because I work in the service industry and that just isn’t right, but BBP seriously needs to consider hiring some more friendly bartenders. If you have a great product, you need to have great people serve your product or people will stop coming in.
