We made reservations before a show downtown at Bru Burger and were seated right away when we arrived. (They were busy but 4 empty tables where we sat on the patio.) The waitress was very friendly and took our order. After being there for 30 minutes our waitress came by to several tables to say they were having difficulties because of staffing and the crowd and that our food was delayed. 5 min. later she came back to say she was waiting on the fries. We said to send out our sandwiches and bring the fries later. 5 more minutes went by and she came back to inform us that our sandwiches weren’t ready either. So after waiting for 40 min. for burgers and no sign that they would be out before we needed to leave for the show we left. I’m not sure why they weren’t prepared for what was normal ‘show’ night traffic. My sister says the food is great. I wish I would have found out.
We stopped here with another couple after taking in the daVinci exhibit at Cincinnati Museum Center. We had made reservations (which is a plus for us) but were a little early. The hostess was very welcoming and offered us a table outside if we wanted to be seated right away. We started with the triple dipper app with naan bread. Really yummy and more than enough for four to share. We ordered burgers with a side of fries and onion rings. My daughter and I split one burger and a side salad. It was perfect! The burgers were big and juicy. My partner got the melt your face off burger and loved it. He likes spicy food and this was just right for him. I got the Stilton blue cheese and really enjoyed it. My son in law got the garlic triple cheese burger. I tried that too and as a garlic lover would eat that as well. Over all we really enjoyed our experience. Our server always attentive and thorough. Our bill for four with alcohol was 86$. I think that is pretty reasonable for the quality and location.
