yesterday I had to pleasure of being able to meet with Emily Frank. I was able to speak with her regarding her love of food and her passion for life. I loved the color scheme of the truck. The French play on words was much appreciated. C’est Cheese is bound to put a smile on your face. I tried the Bee Sting sandwich. This grilled cheese sandwich included peperoni, honey, mozzarella cheese, and pepper flakes. The first bite was lackluster. The cheese was not fully melted and there was alot of it. The peperoni was a nice addition making the sandwich take on a the form of a pizza pocket. I was left wanting for the taste of the basil infused honey, which was part of the entire reason I purchased that particular sandwich. I like what Frank is doing. She was extremely friendly and seems very passionate about what she is doing with C’est Cheese. The food is extremely affordable with my purchase being 4$. I would definitely give these ladies another try!

Yummy!. I think C’est Cheese is AWESOME! The sandwich I had was buttery and oozing with plenty of cheese and the soup was a delicious compliment to it. I’m excited every time I see that truck…keep up the great work!
Delicious!. Saw C’est Cheese and decided to go see what it was all about, had a great Grilled Cheeza sandwich served with a friendly smile, will definitely keep my eye out for them in the future!
