I like the concept with this new wave of made to order assembly line good food groups, chipotle, Italian street sandwiches, pizzeria locale and so on, don’t confuse this concept with your favorite sushi bar it’s not, this is fast made to order California rolls. The do not have the talent to be a true sushi restaurant
