Wow!. Just, wow!! I take ice cream very seriously, so believe me when I tell you, this place does ice right!I visited for the first time today with my dad. They’re awesome about letting you sample, which is good because I can be super indecisive. I tried the brownies and cream first and the brownies pieces were perfect. The Brownie Time Sundae brownie uses the very same brownie, so I knew that was a win! Then it was just a matter or what ice cream to put on top of it. The Brown Butter Caramel was so sweet and full of flavor. But in the end, Peanut Butter Brittle won out. I’m really not a brittle fan, but the peanut butter ice cream was so rich and the brittle was such a sweet caramel that it totally surprised. I also decided top it with on of their toasted marshmallows because…why wouldn’t I??? This sundae was perfection! The brownie was sweet, soft and moist. And this ice cream was some of the creamiest ice cream I have ever tasted! It wasn’t icy in the least. The only teeny, tiny, itsy, bitsy complaint I have is that their hot fudge hardens quickly. So if you don’t eat it right away, you’ll have some chocolate chunks stuck to your plate.I will definitely be returning to Hello Honey!

You had me at Brown Butter Caramel. Finally went in here at lunchtime this week. Sampled a few flavors and picked Brown Butter Caramel. YUM. Loved the torched homemade marshmallow on top. Reminds me of Jeni’s in Columbus minus the super-slick design. Super yummy – but I wish they were open a bit later since it is a dessert place.
Torched Marshmallow!!. I went for the first time this week. The owner is so friendly, and very enthusiastic!!! She wants you to sample everything!! First time, I had chocolate malted ice cream, with a torched marshmallow. The owner is very excited to torch your marshmallow (which is homemade) for you. It was absolutely delish! So, I went back the next day to get some more, for myself and my co-workers. They had just ran out of chocolate malted. When I told the owner I really only wanted chocolate ice cream, she went in the back and brought out a batch of dutch chocolate, It was even better!!! Very Yummy!!!
Outstanding! A welcome addition to the downtown scene. Rotating original flavors, all made in house and from scratch. The salted caramel is possibly the best I’ve had!
Wonderful favors and very nice staff
The flavors surpass their names with full body taste and texture. We enjoyed the capacchino, dark chocolate coconut almond and caramel. The Thai Coconut awaits our return. The ingredients and flavors are not hidden in butterfat like most local ice creams so expect to taste the ingredients. Well done.
