The worst ever !!!! They don’t have any sense of people’s time…. I waited 1 hour and nobody turned up to ask what I need to have …not going back to the restaurant again !!!!
Worst/Most Humiliating Experience of My Life. I was in Cincinnati for 2 weeks on business with about 10 other coworkers. We decided to hang out one Friday night and after dinner stumbled upon Mynt Martini while looking for a bar/club scene. I wish I could tell you how the food or atmosphere was, but I can’t because they wouldn’t let us in. Once we got to the door, my coworker who was in front of all of us, who happens to be black, was told we couldn’t come in because it was business casual attire. We hadn’t originally planned to go to a club so a few of us had on shorts. No big deal we got out of line. As we waited around deciding what to do next we realized that every single person in line had on a combination of shorts, hats, flip-flops and t-shirts. When we went back to the bouncer and asked why were all these other people being let in and not us, he got rude and said it was because our shorts had pockets (??). We then proceeded to watch many guys enter with cargo pants. We asked to see the manager at which point he started arguing with our coworkers and we were told that even if we went and changed, we still couldn’t go in. Needless to say we no longer wanted to go in anyway and after having been completely humiliated, I went back to my hotel. I wouldn’t go near this establishment if if were the last place in Cincinnati!
Just Horrible.. Rude staff, bad service, terrible food, and crappy drinks. Ironically, they screwed up my martini. Just skip this place all together.
How are they still in business?. Just over all bad. Food was horrible, totally pretentious wannabes working there, and ironically one of the worst martinis I have ever had. How can they still be around?
The place was empty during the lunch rush. The service was polite but spotty, almost as if I had come on a weekend night vs. a weekday lunch. The place was out of both the sandwich meat for my sandwich, and also out of the soup I ordered. The panini the server recommended instead came out just lukewarm and tasting pretty underseasoned. Very disappointing considering Panera was next door selling a better version for $2 less. I also have to mention the pointless squiggle of balsamic reduction on the side of the plate. Really? If it doesn’t go with the dish don’t put it on my plate!
Went there last night with a couple friends had a dirty martini & steak with mash, demi glaze, gorganzola, mushrooms&zucchini. The food was good but a little too salty but the drink was good. Its a cool ambiance &fun location. The crowd it draws is younger 35 or so &under .
