Amazing atmosphere and very polite staff. Romantic little spot with great authentic Italian. Salad, garlic bread, ravioli, so awesome! Lasagna was amazing as well.
Went here for the 1st time for 2016 August restaurant week with friends. I really don’t know why we’ve never tried before. The meal was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! Great Minestrone, salad and veal. Cooked wonderfully in southern Italian style. My wife and I grew up with Sicilian cuisine and Scotti’s rivals the best. This is not a chain spaghetti joint. If that is what you want go to one of the many chains. If you want great southern Italian food, try Scotti’s. And remember, you don’t eat the decor!!!!
Simply awesome.Atmosphere is excellent. Very unique, from the bottles hanging from the ceiling, to the individual table top candles covered in years of wax. This is not Maggiano’s/Carabbas etc.Bowl of minestrone was excellent. Very complex broth, a very light but flavorful start to the meal. Salads were a bit over-dressed, but in a delightful oil based dressing. I ordered the Green Lasagna with spicy Italian sausage. Again the sauce was very flavorful and complex. Excellent spot for a special dinner with my parents for a birthday!
Love Scotti’s. Scotti’s is an authentic southern Italian restaurant. It is not LaRosa’s. It is not a franchise. If you’re in a hurry, go somewhere else. While I agree with the reviews concerning the downstairs bathrooms, I usually don’t select restaurants based on their toilets. The food is just plain good. The challenge is deciding what to get.
Horrible ambience, bad feng shui! The candles on the tables have dripped wax all over the salt/pepper shakers. The food was overpriced and my entree while it had a good taste was lukewarm. I was genuinely disappointed in the overall experience.
Not worth the price. Scotti’s authentic Italian menu is impressive. Its food preparation, like its service, is typically not. Considering Scotti’s prices, both need improvement.
