This place sucks now. True shame because it used to be so good until the old Chinese Guy died. Now chicken is dry, and the food is a rip off.
Food was delicious with HUGE portion sizes. Had the shrimp dumplings and Szechuan shrimp. My husband and I were able to share the rice bowl and we both left satisfied.
Park elsewhere. Fantastic place but DO NOT park in the ABM lot next door (downtown Cincinnati), tickets are issued even when you pay to park there and have the receipt on the driver’s side dashboard- very frustrating!!

Watch Where You Park. There’s a parking war going on in the lot outside Shanghi Mama’s. One lot with two owners. Be very careful on what meter you put your money in. They’ll quickly give you a $55 parking ticket. Then parking company will expect you to pay them $5 and write a letter to the other owner to get your $5 parking fee back. All I wanted was dinner and not a 5 hour project. Shame on Shanhi Mama’s for not stepping up to help out a former good customer.
