Try the Chef’s Burger!. We started with the sweet peppers filled with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. The bacon was a little crispy for my tastes and overall the flavor combination just wasn’t for me.We also had the brussels sprouts. They seemed to be steamed, not roasted. I usually prefer the latter, but they managed to steam them nicely. They weren’t too soft and mushy. They were seasoned with a buttery vinaigrette that was simply delicious! For our entre, we shared the chef burger. The fries that came with it were thick cut – crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. The burger itself was enormous! The patty wasn’t heavily seasoned, but the natural juices of the burger were all it needed! And the bacon that it was topped with was thick cut!Overall, we had a great time and I’m sure we’ll go back again!
My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at the palace on a Thursday night. What a delight for our city to have chef Matt’s style to add our dinning options. We especially enjoyed his ability to keep the natural flavors of the food the main idea. We will definitely be back for the fall menu. I recommend the mushrooms, scallops, and lamb.
Had brunch there this am after a long day/night at Oktoberfest. The food was fine, nothing extraordinary. The service was so-so. We repeatedly had to ask for drink refills and it seemed like the staff just generally didn’t want to deal with us.
Very Nice Breakfast. I had the Blackstone poached eggs and thought they were delicious. The service was top shelf and the atmosphere was pleasant
Brunch with a reservation at noon on New Years Day. Confused staff, boring food, and expensive. Could have had a better experience at First Watch.
Good food. Small selection. Expensive.
Exceptional flavors, elegantly plated, superb service and perfect execution make this a standout choice. Chef Salazar’s food is not to be missed, so do try it before a larger city with bigger named better street-cred places take him away!
