What a disaster, had reservations on Valentine’s Day, a huge restaurant day but the palace was completely unprepared. Under staffed, one hostess was trying to keep up with the line of people waiting. So hard to believe that a so called high end restaurant would be such a mess on Valentine’s Day. I haven’t even eaten yet, but already know I won’t be back again. What a joke, they should be ashamed
