We have been going to Guidos for over 20 years now. We look forward to the experience every time. The food is always consistently very good, even with the new building the food remained the same. We find the owners to be personable and hard working. We always prefer to have Marta as our server, because she is always excellent. The younger wait staff at times seem a bit under motivated, however not a deal breaker. Just a comment for those of you who have had a bad experience try them again, they are worth every penny you spend. On the front door I can remember seeing a sign as to what method payment they accept.
Well I just came from Guido’s Pizza and it sucked. The waitress was slow and didn’t check on us much. The Albinos put a happy face on but it’s a false smile. The waitresses are disorganized and they treat them like their stupid. The lettuce is so low grade Mexicans won’t eat it. To many other things bad to mention except the idiots don’t take credit cards and they don’t want you to know They sit you down and never mention they only take check or credit cash. That explains why their so happy not paying tax would make me smile too.My client had to run the waitress down to pay and then we found out they have an ATM yea which I guarantee they own. I will never recommend them to anyone. Ole and they don’t have jalapeno peppers or many other items a pizza place should have. That place is a joke.
DJA. Went to the new Guidos tonight…what a joke! I have been to the new place twice, my first and my last. How can a place that serves food that was tired 25 years ago have so many customers! Are there really that many people with money to throw away and no taste buds. I have NEVER been to an Italian restaurant with such a poor salad selection, iceberg lettuce with a cucumber slice oh and if you want cheese $1.00 extra! Vegetarians don’t even bother…nothing to eat except expensive dry pizza or bland pasta with bland marinara sauce. I have never left feedback for a restaurant in my life. I am 61 years old and have lived in Cleveland most of it. I consider myself a foodie and love well prepared foods and I know that there is room out there for good comfort food. I have enjoyed a pizza and salad at the old digs in years past but this new place is a joke. Come on guys try using some imagination (not a seafood item on menu, not even fried calamari). And by the way it’s 2015 how about excepting credit cards! I can’t believe at your prices you can’t afford the small percentage they charge.
No ordinary square pie !!. Pizza-best pizza i ever had, been eating pizza since a kid. recipe is still exactly the same. order 2 smalls, you get more of the one of a kind incredible crust. any of the toppings are great on a guidos pizza. must try !! you will never think of pizza the same again. no ordinary square pie. i love you guys, please dont ever go away….

Over. priced poor quality..corny business. Hi all …what an experience i had at your mock restaurant….all these years in the business and you still do not quality food and service ….it is like a backward dining experience
