Love this place except for……. I have been to My Thai several times in the past 3 months and have ordered take out many times. Me and my finace used to drive to Ty Fun in Tremont before we discovered this place (6 minutes from our home in Kirtland) and we think the food is some of the best Thai in the city. The service is always great and we have become regulars. My only complaint would be the chairs lol. As dumb as it may sound, the dining room is very charming, but then you sit in the chairs and you feel as if you are in a senior citizen cafeteria. Nonetheless I can overlook this because everything else consistently is soooooooooo good. Keep up the good work, and maybe one day we can upgrade to a nicer chair. 🙂
Love this restaurant! Really good healthy food. Love the heat. If you like hot food you can get it here. If you don’t, just don’t ask for spice. Made to order!
Soooo gluten-free friendly!. One of the best I’ve found in the Cleveland area (seriously, everyone touts Aladdin’s a gf friendly, but how friendly is it when they charge extra for veg even when they don’t serve the bread half of the appetizer? psh). I’ve been here twice and both times the staff was super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The food was exactly what it should be (even if the kitchen likes spice a little more than most places!), even with the gluten-free adjustments it tasted authentic. I forgot to ask, but I assume they must also be MSG free because I didn’t get sick afterward. I’m so excited to recommend this restaurant to those with allergies/intolerances – My Thai will work with you! – as well as those who just want to eat some tasty Thai food.
My Thai has great food, but can be a little expensive. My favorite is the Chicken Pad Thai.
Fantastic, local thai food!. Chesterland isn’t the type of place you’d expect to find great thai food, but since My Thai opened up next to DiBlasi’s (the old Mr. Hero building), we’ve been able to enjoy authentic, tasty, reasonably priced thai food without without having to drive into Cleveland / Cleveland Hts. The decor is really pleasing, they’re kid friendly, fast and the food is really really good. Not bland, not greasy… lots of flavor….especially the Masaman & Peanut Curry.
Best Thai Ever. My wife and I found My Thai a few years ago, and have been going regularly ever since. They have the best Pad Thai in the world – at least as far as we can tell. We have tried 3 -4 other Thai restaurants in the Cleveland area as well as in traveling the U.S. and nothing comes close. There is a secret ingredient, but they won’t tell us what it is. The Drunken Noodles are my favorite, I even get them Thai Hot, but watch out, it’s hot ! Stop by and give them a chance, you will not be disappointed.
