Well i have a rant, i have sent in a complaint before this about the same thing and i got nothing back, but we were there last thursday and then again today, why is it that they always decide to sweep the floor when there are alot of people sitting in the dining room. i don’t want to eat my food after the airborne dust particle fly around and land in my food, plus it also make me sneeze and cough along with a few other people, this should not be happening when people are eating just 2-3 ft away from the sweeping.. REALLY!!!
Tumbleweed is ok…. kind of. There are a couple things on the menu that are decent. I always order the same thing here because honestly, their food quality is poor. I’ve found something I like, so to be safe, I just stick to what I know is good. The steaks are not good. Salmon is ok. Chicken tacos are good. Burritos are hit and miss. Fajitas are ok. Enchiladas are ok. Some servers are great, others seem to lack effort.
Sticker Shock. My wife had planned a little celebratory dinner out with a few of her college friends and their families upon completing this round of courses. It was decided to meet at Tumbleweed. My family of four had a bill of $85! What’s more, this Tumbleweed is another one of those places that don’t give you an option to tip, they just tack it onto your bill. I wouldn’t leave a tip like that if the girl tap-danced naked on our table! The food was good, but not $85 good. There’s just no sense in overcharging like that; especially in this economy.
