I visited Findlay Market recently to get food for dinner and could not resist their bread display. They have several varieties baked fresh that day and I got a loaf of focaccia (still hot from the oven) to go with Greek saladand wine. However, when I cracked it open, the loaf was not done on the inside–wet dough! The cookedoutercrust I dipped in olive oil, garlic and oregano and was delicious. I gave this place a low rating due to the undercooked product. I know they must feel rushed to open but patience is required in baking.

The Staff are always very helpful as well as skilled in both the knowledge and making of all different types of coffee drinks. From just a cup of black..to a mocha jocha hocha whatever..the coffee is great! Last time I decided to give some of their pastries a try and I was not at all disappointed..They put the same type of time and care into their bread and pastries as they do their coffee. I would recommend giving the Bean Haus at Findlay Market at try, the next time you are there, It was a great experience to roam around Findlay Market, with a good cup of Joe in hand…
