Was walking around the Findlay Market and ran into this gem… They had a wide variety of choices, and with the lunch special allowing you to pick 3 salads (or 2 salads + soup), I had a tough decision ahead of me. I picked three totally different salads (plus the nice guy who checked me out threw in a sample of his favorite) and I was delighted to find that, although each had its own distinct taste, somehow the flavors all managed to tie together well. What an impeccably fresh meal. Do not pass up a chance to try this place if you’re in the area!

I’ve mourned the closing of Salt of the Earth but rejoiced in discovering Fresh Table…which priced similarly, offers so much more! Greater offerings, awesome historic setting, accommodating service…simply in LOVE with this place!(btw: it’s at the far eastern side of the Findlay Market building…they will heat foods to eat there & have high bar chairs for eating at their high top tables- just ask)
Love that they use organic and local ingredients.. I love that they use organic and local ingredients. There is always a big variety of things to choose from, and I’ve really enjoyed most things I’ve tried. While it isn’t cheap, I feel like the food is high quality.My only wish is that the workers were a bit friendlier.
Impressive display of carryout foods. We had journeyed to Cincinnati for a Bastille Day celebration. Spent the night and then hit the market the next day in search of food. After making the rounds, we landed on the Fresh Table foods of a great chef…hats off to the many things at the market…but none better than Fresh Table. Tasted faux egg salad made with Tofu…excellent. Carried home some bundles of haricot vert with almonds, a great potato salad and a big slice of corn pudding. Our selection was a little on the carb side….but fabulous fresh flavors. Compliments to the chef and crew…we’ll be back.
