Best Place Ever. Iris Book Cafe is such a great find!! You can grab a great cup of coffee, tea or smoothie on the run or hang out for hours on end in a relaxed creative atmosphere. All the food is fresh, healthy and excellent. I work from home and have gone to Iris when I need to be productive but could use a change of pace. It’s great to see hipsters and families dining side by side. Don’t miss the unexpected courtyard it is sculptural and inviting. Locals own this place and you can tell!
Gotta try it!. Not only is Iris Bookcafe and awesome place to check out for just the books and the amazing outdoor patio, but they have the best lentil soup in town. Curry lentil, very yummy!!
What a find!. We stumbled upon Iris Book Cafe on a day trip to Cincinnati from Dayton, and all I can say is WOW! From the decor and ambience to the menu featuring locally-produced treats to the peaceful courtyard, this place is a true urban oasis and a hidden gem. If there was a cafe like this in my town, I would surely be there at least once a week to sit, relax, read, and snack on the yummy offerings. The Iris Book Cafe is a rare find that would be at home in any cosmopolitan city.
This place is fantastic – I’ve eaten here a hundred times and it is consistantly excellent
A hidden gem emphasizing local items, which is located on Main Street. Featuring Coffee Emporium coffee, Aglamesis Brothers ice cream, and great sandwiches on Shadeau breads.
