Wow! Fantastic food, very fresh and incredibly tasty. Had the pho with rare beef and brisket, plus split the banh mi thit nguoi (headcheese & pate sandwich) and roasted pork bun thit nuong (noodle/salad) with a friend — very hard to decide which was my favorite. Even though I’m in town only for a week, I will definitely go again this trip and on future visits as well. Only wish they were open later.
