I love Quan Haha, and Im so glad I got a chance to visit. The portions are huge, prices are cheap, and the food is delicious – note that my friend and I went during happy hour (4-7). We had the Japanese house pancake, the galbi loco moco, house ramen and the waffle fries. Everything was so good! I dont know what they put on their fries, but I couldnt stop eating it.
