Where do I start with The Symphony Hotel? My time here was nothing short of incredible. I actually stayed here during my trip to Cincinnati, however I also had both brunch and dinner at The Symphony Hotel. To start with dinner, I had the October menu and both the beef option and dessert were superB. I also thoroughly enjoyed the sorbet and found it a nice transition from salad to main course. For brunch, I had the schubert omelette which ended up being extremely high quality. I also saw the sweet potato pancakes and am currently a bit torn that I couldn’t stay for the brunch the following week to try those. I would highly recommend The Symphony Hotel and restaurant to any out of town visitors looking for a comfortable place to stay or a 5 star restaurant. My understanding is the restaurant is open to the public on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights and Sunday morning for brunch. This review doesn’t do the place justice, you have to go try it out!
