Love love love. Who doesn’t love brunch! This place was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. The wait staff was nice as can be, and the atmosphere was low key. The outside of the place looks sketchy, and the inside to some may even look a little rough, but this place is the real deal. The portions were great, the prices were even better. Love this place.

Good Food, Nice People. Stopped in before going to Findlay Market. We had a short wait. We were offered coffee as we waited which was a nice touch. The staff was great and the food was good. We will stop in again.

Best breakfast in any price range. Freshly cut fruit, gourmet french toast, goetta, pancakes, you name it. All expertly prepared at give-away prices. The ambiance is definitely unpretentious in an unapologetically old-school sort of way. Destination diners are as welcome as locals, where everyone is friendly. A must for breakfast!Tuckers is the un-IHOP.

Don’t judge a book by its cover.. It’s like they took a seasoned chef from a hip restaurant, kidnapped him, and told him he had to cook his way out of a rough neighborhood. All of the food was delicious and the staff was extremely nice and courteous. This is honestly the best food I’ve had since moving to Cincinnati seven years ago.

Just Go In-It Really Is Open-And Don’t Think Too Hard. It’s a giant leap of faith to enter this ancient restaurant and order something. It’s another to actually eat in what has to be the grimiest place I’ve ever dared to try. But, boy, am I glad I did! My husband got the Chicken and Waffles, and was served a nice hot fluffy waffle with delicious vanilla-maple syrup and a generous portion of well-seasoned chicken. I ordered Huevos Rancheros and was just as pleased. We also enjoyed fruit cups with fresh seasonal melon and grapes with our meals. Try it yourself, you will be very glad.

Breakfast, anyone?. There are two requirements as far as I’m concerned for a breakfast joint: 1) Is the coffee adequate, meaning does it actually tastes like coffee? and 2) How are the home fries? Tucker’s fills the bill on both accounts. And, the service can’t be beat, if you want your potatoes well done, tell them. If you want more cheese, tell them. They aim to please, even on the busiest of mornings! I was happy to see real butter and half-and-half, another two points, and there are great vegetarian options. Not to mention the excellent music and funky atmosphere, no wonder it’s been a mainstay in Cincinnati for so long.
