Thanks To The Great Staff. After a great dinner with old friends, good food, and great service I got home and realized that I didnt have my phone. I called it and Brian from Butterbees anwsered. He found my phone on the floor after we left and kept it safe until I could run back up to get it. Bad Restaurant. This restaurant, Butterbee’s American Grille, has NO integrity. I had damage done to my vehicle while at their restaurant to the tune of $1,669.15. Not only will the company take no responsibility but they will not even return my phone call. Don’t eat here please!! Paying a company like this for any kind of food only promotes the business. What ever happened to customer service and satisfaction. I hope they go out of business.
Awesome food, great service!. This is my third visit to this location in the last 3 months, and I’ve been very impressed with both the quality of food, and service provided each time. The waiters and waitresses (and management) are very attentive, and go out of their way to please!I highly recommend the ribs – they are on par with Montgomery Inn. The cocktails are professionally mixed (they make a good long island iced tea which can be hard to come in other places). Loaded cheese fries are an excellent appetizer, served with a custom in-house ranch dip (many of the specialties here are completely made from scratch).I will definitely be visiting again, as this is a very reliably good place to go, and I always leave feeling more than satisfied. No complaints whatsoever, and I can be a pretty picky guy. 🙂
Okay but not as good as original. I love the chicken tenders , but the original butterbees in Mount. Orab is so much better in service and food .
Our service and food were great! My recommendation is to the managers on duty this evening. Do not have conversations about turning tables in the front of the house. Rushing us out makes me want to spend my money elsewhere next time. And no I didn’t split an entree and order water.
Awesome chicken, nice atmosphere, and superb service. Our waitress was very helpful with recommendations since it was our first time there. She was right on target with her description of their fried chicken…it was the best i have had since my great grandmother passed away! Service Continues on the downward spiral. We used to dine here weekly and and even bring groups on Sunday after church but that has come to an abrupt end after the atrocious service and behavior they exhibited on a simple carry out order. I called in a simple order as I was leaving my office and was told it it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived there and was given the total. The person recalled taking my order and all of sudden I was told I had not called in and numerous lies and and delays followed from there. By the counter people to the two so called people in charge. I had to make a new order and then told to wait in a crowded bar which I stood for quite a while. I get my order and beneath the sandwich were chicken strip pieces where they had swapped it. Both orders were pathetic and ended up to the animals. This is a continuation of what I have witnessed the past couple of months. I will cease my support and continue to share my experiences with people I know. Yesterday when talking to another couple they shared a similar circumstance while dining inside. I surmise that this establishment will be going with the other businesses that have occupied that corner. Its not all about money and greed
