Nothing fancy just good food. Reminds me of the diners up east but larger seating area. Good breakfast and homemade soups at lunch time. Definitely worth a stop if you are hungry. Your coffee cup is never empty.
I used to work here. This place is absoloutley disgusting. Barely any of the food is fresh, the kitchen is nasty, and munther is a jerk. Most terrible boss ive ever worked for. If you are reading this, trust me you dont want to, go back there. Take my word for it.
Very Pleased. I have lived in Amelia for almost 20 years and had never eaten at the Country Inn until recently. My mother and I decided randomly that we wanted to try it since it seems like the eastside is all chain restraunts now. I get the breakfast bowl and my mom tries something new each time. NEVER had a complaint about anything! One of the waitresses knows us and is very very sweet! We always get greeted as soon as we walk in and the manager always talks to us like we have known each other forever. It is a WONDERFUL family restraunt and so easy on the wallet! This is one of my favorite places to eat, sometimes it’s twice a week! 🙂 Love it!
The Gallant Owner. I have been eating at the Country Inn Restaurant in Withamsville Ohio for years now and I have never had any thing but the best of everything there. The food is always amazing and the service is phenomenal. In fact most of the waitresses know all of the costumers by name and their regular orders, You really feel cared for there. I was in the other night though and I’ve never had an experience like I had there that evening. As I was enjoying my meal a table of two came in and sat down across from. There server came out and greeted them promptly. She couldn’t have been older than fifteen or sixteen years old, and they immediately started causing problems for her. Telling her she didn’t know what she was talking about when she told them what menu items they had repeating themselves over an over to her after she would answer their questions, she finally got their order and when back to the kitchen. Less than a minute later a different girl came out to tell them they were actually no longer serving what they had ordered and they went off on her. They started yelling at her telling her the younger server had said things she didn’t say, and I know what was said I was sitting right next to them. I don’t know why he was being so hostile to such young sweet girls They were nothing but nice to him. The owner arrived shortly and greeted all of the costumers and went to the kitchen. He shortly approached their table and asked how everything was. I was extremely impressed with his politeness and respect when dealing with some treating everyone so terribly. After a few rude comments were made about the restaurant and the two sweet servers the two were finally asked to leave, after being asked how they could treat a little girl the way they did. I have no idea how he was able to hold his temper and handle that the way he id, but I’m not surprised he came to the rescue of his employees, as everyone there seems to treat each other just like family. In all my years of coming here I’ve never seen him treat anyone in anyway disrespectful, but you just shouldn’t mess with a little girl.

Terrible! Walked in just recently hoping for a decent breakfast. Home cooking at it’s worst! Who messes up breakfast?! Anyway, restaurant was very dirty! Food on the floor and tables needed to be wiped down! The cook came out of the kitchen with the dirtiest apron I have ever seen. He was nice, but should have never cooked in a filthy apron. I ordered eggs, bacon, toast and homefries. It all tasted like an old reheated plate of food. The bacon was grey, dry, old and tasteless. The eggs were overcooked. Good Breakfast. Usally only eat breakfast.Best gravey in town. Everything else is great.They also give you 4 pieces of bacon,extra crispy,the way I like it.No complaints here.My hubby loves it too.
