I have a hard time figuring out how this small chain, mostly based on the eastern fringes of the greater Cincinnati area, flourishes. This location is a replacement for a delapidated location that was just a stones throw away, and is very clean, spacious, and bright. The new location even includes and outdoor dining patio. Its a nice family oriented spotHowever, the pizza sauce is bland as bland can be, and that means that most of the dishes here are also bland. Bland pizza, bland hoagies and meatball subs, etc etcI like the space, just not the food
Crappy Customer Service. Not friendly at all. I stood at the counter to be waited on for 5 minutes before I was greeted by what was about 10 employees in the back. I love grammas but from now on I’ll order delivery.
I grew up in Clermont County for my first 11 years. I’d seen Grammas all that time, but I never tasted it until today. I got the standard/hand tossed style crust. Dine in. Square cut pieces. Tasted really good. Sauce: sweet but thin. Toppings slid off the crust as a result, making it messy, but it tasted good. I thought it was a little weird that they still had Oktoberfest and Pumpkin beers on their repertoire, as it was the last day of January. Pizza good. Not necessarily on top of the local beer trend yet. They had some locals, but most places have Majority locals.
Pizza pizza pizza…. I ate in, pizza was good and came out prompt.. brought leftovers home and family enjoyed them as well.. all in all a good experience.
Delivery service very poor. Was told delivery would take one hour. After one hour and ten minutes I called and was told the driver was on his way. Delivery took an hour and twenty five minutes. And the pizza is only fair.
The pizza is good. The extra cheese costs a lot but it’s worth how much you get. The minced sausage is a pleasant change from the usual. The staff on the phone ( both male and female ) were kurt, if not plain rude. Delivery was said to be within 45min and I called after 1.25 hours from placing the order. I was told the driver was just leaving. We got the pizza soon after, but they forgot our 2 liter… The driver was very nice and gave us a $5 discount, apologizing for the rude staff on the phone. He returned with the 2 liter, but not until 2 hours had passed since first placing our order…
Place is not clean!! The pizza is mediocre. ‘will never go back!
