This Asian restaurant is part of a small town community in Amelia, Ohio. I am big in supporting local establishments since they help communities in so many ways. And, many never realize these family owned businesses are open seven days a week and all but two days a year. They work very long hours so they always have my full appreciation!We had our Father’s Day dinner at this fine restaurant Here’s my summary:This restaurant is very clean! Floors, buffet areas and tablesService is excellent and very friendly Buffet food very eye appealing and freshBuffet has lots of choices including dessert and sushi entrees And, hibachi grill provides that added personal choice as wellPrices are reasonable and very similar to other same restaurants Military discount also applied at checkout Value for money, I think is excellent Worth a visit (right off of Beechmont Ave / Ohio 125
I’ve been a good loyal customer since they are open in business. My big family and I have been there numerous times that I can’t count. Since last year and this year, their customer service is very awful. Their server use loud tone of voice and laugh at the customers and even looks at us when we go to the buffet area to get food. Because of this, my family and I doesn’t go there to eat at all until last month, that I decided to try again with the hope that their customer service will be better. There’s a woman working there wearing black frame glasses and a pony tail, she’s the WORST person. She bumped into me and didn’t say sorry. AND, she went to talk with other server and LAUGH at me. When I go to the buffet area to get more food, that same lady speaks in her language so loud that everyone looks at me, which i didn’t do anything wrong, just getting my food. She laughs. I don’t know her position in that place but if i’m the owner, I would fire her because of her bad service. She used to be a server at my table before and she gave our table and bad look. When she’s puts down our refilled drinks, it spilled out all over the table. I’m so surprised that the last time that I go there, the place still hires a person like her. This place, recently, is very dirty from booths to dining table to the chairs. I don’t recommend anyone to go, all my family and friends. I will keep telling people that too because she gave a bad service and I’m very disappointing. If I can rate under 1 or even in the negatives, I would. I disappointed that I can only vote 1 for the lowest!!!
