Ms.. This is now El Ranchero and it’s great. Have been there often, have had group celebrations and gone by myself. Will continue to frequent this restaurant and recommend to others. We have never had bad food or bad service. They are attentive to our needs and give excellent service. We’ll have another group celebration tonight. Yea!!!
Nothing negative to say about the workers or the atmosphere. However, the food is simply BORING fake Mexican. The rice is tasteless and the entrees all taste like they have the same boring ingredients in them. The food is OK, but not really Mexican. Maybe that’s why if you look around, you will notice that all the customers are white Clermont County people who have no idea what real Mexican food is like.
