Went on Mothers Day and was very disappointed with the service. Thank God it was a great day to be outside, we sat outside we arrived at 1:15 pm didn’t get our food until 3:50 pm? My son ordered a salad with his meal and never received it until we had to ask for it. My daughter ordered a Cheeseburger and green beans she received a hamburger and french fries the hamburger was not even seasoned with salt and pepper. We didn’t want to say anything because we were hungry and didn’t want to wait any longer. I just had the sauerkraut and Kielbasa how long does it take to open a jar of sauerkraut and cook a kielbasa mine was not even grilled. The waitress apologized 3 times for the long wait for our food. I did notice that people across from us also waited an extremely long time for their food and they were complaining. So I don’t think it was our waitress but she kept apologizing which she shouldn’t have to do for the people who cook the food. Owner needs to look into his kitchens performance!!!!!!!!! Not sure if I will ever eat or tell anyone about the Iron Skillet
Some of the best German food in Cincinnati. Hungarian goulash and schnitzel are awesome! The Cabbage roll is one of the best I’ve had. Love the new location too!! Can’t wait to come back!
