Good eats, but a little pricey and they nickel-n-dime you. I have yet to have a bad meal here, and yet every time I leave this place I vow to find a replacement ameri-mex joint, and I am still lookingThe food is consistently good, I will give them that. I also like that, as Ambassador Mollari mentioned, they give a 10% discount for cash But they do things with pricing that drive me crazy, like–to start, most of their menu items are priced 1 to 3 dollars higher than the same item at another ameri-mex joint–they charge for the second and successive basket of chips. At every similar eatery I have been to, this is a freebie. Here? 3 bucks per basket. –queso dip is almost 8 dollars. It is typically 3-4 dollars elsewhere. oh, and you dont get a basket of chips with that – unless you pay extra. What exactly do we dip into the dip, Rincon? Fingers? –the fajitas plate is piled high with meat and veggies (and yes, this is a good thing) but you get 3 tiny tortillas with it and if you want more – yep, you pay extra–I added onions to a small cheese nachos plate, and the price doubled from 3 dollars to 6 dollars. Probably got 10 cents worth of onions. At most other ameri-mex joints in the area, this costs nothing I sorta kinda get the feeling that if I asked for extra ice in my icewater, there’d be an extra charge for that tooI end up there at least once a year because the kids and wife (who aren’t the ones paying the bill) love the food here and it is fairly near where we live If I didnt feel so nickel-n-dimed by them every time I eat there, I’d happily recommend this place
Not good Mexican food! I’m …. Not good Mexican food!I’m Mexican and know good food and this was not it. I had the fajitas which had no flavor. My husband ordered the carnitas which should be fried, but instead were boiled. Also, we ordered margaritas one on the rocks and the other frozen. They were both horrible, to the extent that I wasn’t able to finish it. If you’re looking for good Mexican food it’s not here.
AWESOME!!!. Rincon Mexicano has the BEST Mexican food I have ever had anywhere. I love the Seafood Nachos and the Drinks AMAZING! My whole family loves this place. I drive 45 minutes to eat this Mexican. Try it…you will love it!
We are from Arizona and this was delicious. Very good service, and authentic atmosphere. Great food and experience. Waiter was nice too!
Best Mexican in Cincinnati. We have tried MANY mexican restaurants in Cincinnati and this always remains or tried and true favorite. Great service, great food, great margaritas! Love the chili verde, chicken mole and chili colorado. El Pueblo is much closer to where we live these days, but we still often make the drive to Rincon – it just can’t be beat!
Great mexican restaurant. Large servings and good service.
Don’t go on your birthday!!!!!. Had a birthday celebration here. Food was edible, nothing to write home about. Waiter brought a dish with tortillias covered in whipped cream and chocolate sauce, nice, until he proceeded to rub it all over my face! I was horrified! I was dressed up, hair fixed and ended up with whipped cream up my nose and in my hair! If this is their idea of a good time, someone is sick! I will NEVER go back, EVER!
