  Bad customer service. I went there for a medium drink that I paid for and while putting my credit card back in my purse accidentally knocked my drink over on a chair. I apologized and asked for another drink to be made after watching her clean up the spill with a washcloth for the floor and the table and the chair. She told me I would have to pay for another drink 6.75 for her to make another. Then I replied I wanted to speak with a manager which she told me was not in then walks to the back to come back and hands me number . I go to my car and call the number it’s to the store number and I tell them whom I am that’s when they say manager doesn’t come in till Monday. I respond that they gave me number with no name no time of hours or days when the manager would be available then they replied 7-7 they would be there and then I asked what days they said Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. So today is Saturday I have to wait all the way to Monday to get my refund. I will never come to this store ever again my experience was very unsanitary. The worker used the same washcloth for the floor and the chair and table and wanted me to drink my smoothie that’s just nasty. I’ve been to other places when someone drops a drink they just make them another which is great customer service.

  Agreed with JHRobbins. Smoothie King used to have more reasonable prices, but man are they expensive now. I used to get them regularly, but now I make my own protein shakes. JHRobbins hit the nail on the head. The service is great, and it’s DAMN GOOD, but it is pricey. I did try their new crunch bowl today which are made with yogurt and/or sherbet with granola on top. I had the blueberry yogurt kind, and man was it tastey. It was sweet and bursting with flavor. I should have watched to see what all they put in it, but it was chilly, crunchy, and very satisfying. It was a bit much at $5, but I’d get one again. It’s a great snack.

  Torn. Service is great, people are friendly, smoothies taste good. But damn is it expensive juice and ice. They get a thumbs down in the price category but i cant justify giving them a bad review when they are always so nice and their product is very good.
