Best ribs I’ve had. I have been to Al & B’s several times now, and can say that they have a consistently outstanding product. The ribs have a distinctly smoky taste and the characteristic pink tinge to the meat from the smoke. They are done just right, not flabby and falling apart, but pull cleanly from the bones with the teeth. The sauce is a good match, not too sweet and with a little zing from the vinegar. Be sure to get some on your wings and fries. Speaking of wings, they are big, juicy, and cooked to as a turn. Al & B’s is a find. I’ll leave it to the experts to figure out how their ribs rank in Cleveland, but they’re the best I’ve had, and you can have a great dinner for four for less than $30.

Great fries smothered in sauce and the ribs were Outstanding with a smoked flavor and the portion was perfect, I will revisit this place and I suggest you do as well. Daddy of 3 Boys
