Always great. Come on folks I’ve always got a great pizza from Lorain and pearl locations if your getting delivery that’s different don’t blame the restaurant blame yourself for being too f–king lazy to pick your pie up in a timely Manner.
Horrible customer service. Don’t ever order from here. Horrible customer service. Never got pizza delivered after waiting 2 hours. We kept calling to check on order and we’re put on hold for 15 minutes every time and/or hung up on. Very disrespectful employees. I don’t know how they stay in business. The pizza isn’t even good just ordered from there because they are open late. What a joke of an establishment!
For the akron area it is a real treat.. I cannot find to many quality pizza shops in akron that deliver. I work off hours and usually have to go with pizza hut or papa johns. I tried all the rest that deliver in the area and they are horrible. I received a loaded deluxe that wasn,t bogged down with salt and chemicals. it just tasted fresh. plenty of quality mozz and the crust tasted like fresh baked bread. Now I am sure there are better pizza places around but for a place that delivers and delivers till 3 am, I am very pleased with the quality. I see lots of people complaining about the customer service and I will agree on that one. The man I talked to on the phone sounded like he was on downers and I was messing with his state of comfort. Maybe they should focus a little more effort on training employees in customer service. Really though, I just wanted a pizza not a friend. If I had one complaint, it would be that the pizza could have been cooked a tad longer. You’ll have that though when ordering from a place like this. I prefer them over pizza hut and papa johns. After eating three pieces I felt full but not sick to my stomach or lethargic like pizza hut pizza tends to do for me. I also didn’t feel like I was dying of thirst. Try it and see what you think. Some of these reviews seem to be from professional bloggers who have been to some really great places. it is what it is.

Called in again to give them another chance since my last encounter. Heard the same manager as before in the background, but still giving bad customer service. Why bother? ? Call a major chain, never even got the credit the terrible manager promised me from my last order.
The worst service ever I ordered a pizza half hawian and half peporoni and they sent me a whole peperoni and then when I called them they told me I had to wait an hour for a replacement and not to eat none of this one my kids are starving they have waited an hour already terrible attitude when I called as well
Two Experiences. Both bad from this location. The first time tried their pizza I ordered from the pearl rd location. The delivery time was longer than the usual chain competitor which is perfectly fine becuase the pizza was great. The crust, sauce, cheese was perfect. I ate all my crust and usually I do not eat all when I eat pizza from other places. It was a brick and it was soggy. They must use a good cheese because it was definitely good (cheese pizza). We ordered two large pizza’s I put two pieces on my plate and came back to get but it was all gone. I was pissed. Now knowing I had a good experience from nunzios I swung by the Lorain location to pick one up on my way home. I order the Aglio E. Olio which is supposed to be (Focaccia, Olive Oil, Garlic) Two simple toppings one big mistake. They basically made a pizza with regular dough, no sauce, cheese, and a ton of garlic chunks. Bite after bite it started to burn from the amount of garlic they dumped on it. Now focaccia bread is good by itself but whatever they gave me it was just a regular pizza was no sauce and tons of overcooked garlic.The second time I ordered from the lorain location. I ordered a cheese pizza figuring they couldnt go wrong but they failed to impress with skimpy amounts of cheese and sauce. As far as I’m concerned this is good place going bad prioritizing quantity over quality. I have completely stopped ordering from this location and dedicated all ordered to the Pearl rd location. I havent had a bad experience from the 4 times I have ordered from there.
