Slow, impersonal service. Asked for a medium burger and got a dried out, very well done and flavorless patty. Cole slaw comes as the side for dishes/sandwiches, and there’s an upcharge to substitute for a relatively small portion of a different side. We were here for an hour and a half but only had our water/iced tea refilled once. Disappointing all around–will not return.
