The Harp is one of my favorite places. We sat outside with good friends and enjoyed a good meal, good service, great view, and reasonable prices. The fish and chips is my favorite and is among the best in Cleveland. Irish or not, you should try this place. We come here frequently. I have never been disappointed.
Food was cold. My pork chop was ok but my daughters steak was tough. Vegetables were dead (overlooked). It was pretty expensive for a quality of the food u get. Not coming back.

Haters Quit Your Harping. We went on St. Patrick’s Day, after the parade, a true test of any Irish restaurant. Got a table in about 45 minutes. In the meantime I got the Missus a Guinness (properly poured) and generous shot of Jambo (Jameson, to you non-Celts) Fast service, everything cooked properly, no complaints. And it looks like an Irish pub is supposed to look like (I’m talking about you, Mavis). To all the whiners, Irish food in Ireland isn’t this good (Putting everything in a pot and boiling it for 18 hours doesn’t help, salt does) Slainte
Very nice service there. Quite bar and relaxing but the food there wasn’t as good as I hoped. The food made both my girlfriend and me not feel well for the night.
Love it!. Good food! Well priced! Great bands on the weekend! And apparently the Happy Hour is one of the best in Cleveland, even though I have not been to it! Been told by several though!
